I offer the following as an ideal way to reflect on your year-to-date performance and how to plan for massive abundance in the 3RD QUARTER.

A benchmark is a point of reference from which accurate measurements and assessments can be made.
And as it relates to your year-to-date results…JULY 1st is an extremely important one as it represents the close of the first-half of the year as well as the beginning of the second.
In this message, I have two objectives:
To spotlight and examine a number of timeless, universal principles that have directly and consistently impacted your results for the first six months of the year.
And…to explain exactly what you must do in order to make up for lost time due to under-performance so that you start the 3rd quarter fast, focused and fired up.
FOCUS ON RESULTS
Here’s the thing about your year-to-date (and lifetime) results…
Your results are a REFLECTION OF YOUR SELF-ESTEEM and they demonstrate what you believe to be true about yourself and what you are capable of.
Your results will NEVER BE GREATER than the vision and beliefs that you hold in your mind. Small thoughts and limited beliefs will ONLY deliver small, unimpressive results.
Your results DEMONSTRATE the depth of your intellect, initiative, creativity and passion for work.
Your results SCREAM VOLUMES as to your ability to solve problems or to perpetuate pain.
Your results TELL THE WORLD how you talk about yourself even when no one’s around.
Your results INFORM EVERYONE who’s watching what you do or do NOT do every single day.
Your results are the NATURAL CONSEQUENCE of your behavior, and…BEHAVIOR NEVER LIES.
Face the facts…
The year is now 50% complete, and if you’re currently below target and under-performing, there’s ONLY one reason:
IT’S YOUR OWN FAULT!
Your year-to-date results aren’t dependent upon your upbringing, your education, your company, your spouse, the economy, or the latest bestseller on the self-help charts.
Your results are dependent upon YOU and your ability to deliver.
Six months is more than enough time to determine if your current habits, attitudes and strategies are helping or hindering your ability to drive results.
There’s NO point in pretending that if you choose dig your heels in, discard this message, and remain faithful to what has proven to be a set of unsuccessful strategies and habits that your results will somehow miraculously improve.
They can’t and they won’t. It’s delusional for you to think otherwise.
Right now…this instant is the best time you’ll ever have to do things differently, and to do different things as it relates to the second-half of the year.
You need to shine a flashlight to your soul, you need to take inventory of what’s working and what’s not, and most importantly, you need to put together a plan of action that includes clear priorities, challenging goals, enforceable deadlines and massive amounts of accountability.
